Moved house

I’ve been busy moving house to Vermont South, I’ve moved in with one of my mate. I have been driving around for my rehearsals and also had to clean up the old house and arrange things…
Last week I was watching SBS… they were showing the political situation there at the moment… if anyone wants to watch it… this is the link:

I’m happy at least this time some reporter went that far to do something about it, because nobody get or give any real news to he outside world, and nobody really knows what is going on, the news is only in Tamil, so usually the outside world just get the news from the government and they just believe what ever they hear from them. Even though the reporter didn’t go to all areas I’m glad that someone at least went there this time and did something like this.

Few days ago I was talking to my parents; they told me one of my (distance) cousin got killed (Shot) in Chavakachcheri - Jaffna – Sri Lanka by EPDP (they are one of the group working with Lankan Army). He went to UK about 6 years ago and was seeking asylum, but UK deported him 3 years ago, reason for that was he has no problem in Sri Lanka and he can live there, and after he was deported from UK he got married recently and had a kid last year. Can UK give his life back now? I’m not trying to blame it on UK, but I’m just so frustrated with what is happening in Lanka right now. All the bombing and shelling started again... and Government still trying to tell the outside world that they are protecting Tamils from LTTE. From my experiences, if there's no LTTE, there won't be any Tamils in Lanka by now.

Hope this message finds you well. It must be tough to hear that your cousin has lost his life due to ignorance by the Western society (including some Tamils living in Western countries). Hope a resolution is soon reached for the sake of the innocent people.
